Build fee

The $99 build fee covers the reserved production slot and creation work. Any refund right required by mandatory law remains unaffected. For business customers, refund eligibility outside mandatory rights should be assessed based on whether work has begun and whether Sitein72 failed to provide the contracted service.

Monthly plan

The $25 monthly hosting and technical-care subscription may be cancelled through the billing portal. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and the paid service remains available through the end of the current billing period.

Payment failures

A failed payment does not trigger immediate deletion. Sitein72 may use payment-provider retry notices and can suspend service after reasonable notice if an amount remains unpaid.

Export and retention after cancellation

For operational planning, Sitein72 intends to keep a cancelled website export/recovery copy available for 30 days after the paid service ends, unless law, security, provider limitations or a dispute requires a different period. Clients should request their export before that period ends.

Business email

Email service can have a different expiration date from website hosting. Clients who do not renew the mailbox are responsible for exporting messages before the communicated expiration date.
