Why is the website only $99?
Because the service is standardized: up to five presentation pages, one written onboarding, no meetings, a defined WordPress/Elementor stack and one consolidated minor revision round. Projects outside that scope are priced separately.
Do I need a domain?
Yes. You buy, own and renew your own domain. Sitein72 provides the DNS details required to connect it to the hosted website.
Do you build the site automatically?
No. Your onboarding becomes the project brief and the site is then built and checked before you receive the preview.
How is the website copy created?
Starter copy may be drafted with AI assistance from the facts and details you provide. It is not allowed to invent credentials, results, reviews or claims. You are responsible for checking and approving factual business information before launch.
What does the $25 monthly fee include?
Hosting for the Sitein72-built website, backups, one monthly technical update session and email-only support. It does not include ongoing design or content edits.
What does monthly technical maintenance mean?
WordPress, Elementor, the active theme and the standard included plugins are reviewed and updated where appropriate. Critical security action may be taken outside the normal monthly window when reasonably necessary.
How fast is delivery?
The target is to provide the first draft within three business days after both payment and a complete onboarding have been received. Domain or client-approval delays can affect the live launch date.
Are legal pages part of the five-page limit?
No. Basic privacy, cookie and website-terms starter pages are additional. They use standardized starting text and are not legal advice. You must review, adapt when necessary and approve them.
Is business email included?
One business mailbox is included for the first 12 months while the hosting subscription remains active. After 12 months, email renewal is optional and billed separately.
Can I request changes later?
The build includes one consolidated round of minor corrections within the approved scope. Ongoing content, design or feature changes are separate work.
Can we have a Zoom call?
No. Sitein72 is intentionally async. Project information is collected through onboarding and support is handled by email.
What happens if I cancel hosting?
The monthly service ends at the end of the paid period. You can request an export for migration during the retention window described in the Terms. Sitein72-specific or agency-wide licenses may not transfer.
